On February 19, 2025, CCSF UI had the opportunity to conduct a sharing session on the survey findings of the Climate Risk Perception and Capacity-Building Needs at Bank Jateng. This initiative represents a bold step in strengthening the climate resilience of Sub-National Development Banks (SNDBs) in Indonesia.
Held at Bank Jateng’s headquarters in Semarang, Central Java, the session gathered dozens of participants, including executives and employees, to discuss the survey’s key insights. CCSF UI presented findings that highlight Bank Jateng’s readiness and resilience in facing climate-related risks.
These findings serve as a valuable foundation for Bank Jateng in preparing for Climate Risk Stress Testing, a crucial step toward transitioning to a lower-carbon business model. CCSF UI remains committed to supporting SNDBs in integrating sustainable finance principles to drive long-term regional development and climate resilience.
